Being an Independent Connection Provider (ICP), accredited by Lloyds, through the National Electricity Registration Scheme (NERS), allows Sinewave to provide an ‘end to end’ service, including connection to the DNO’s network.
Our highly skilled protection and commissioning engineers are available for solutions to any network protection issue, including grading studies and commissioning of any type of high and low voltage equipment. A 24hr a day emergency call-out and fault location service is available 365 days of the year. We also offer our customers, electrical system operation and safety training courses, at our in-house training facility. By doing this we not only upskill our customer’s onsite staff but also raise the level of awareness of legislation and safety issues, surrounding high voltage equipment.
Our major customer groups include the renewables industry where installations are often remote and neglected, the data industry where substations are often embedded in highly secure facilities where unbroken 24/7/365 operation is not just desirable but imperative, and private networks owned by both the the public and private sector.
