Adam Woodley BEng (Hons) MIET
Adam is equally at home discussing large scale projects with operations managers and project managers as advising engineers on the fine details of an electrical installation on site.
Adam started his career working for SSE as a High Voltage Engineer as part of the Technical Staff Trainee scheme. During his training, Adam obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Professional Engineering (Power Systems) from Aston University through self-study and weekend lectures. Adam spent 5 years working for SSE as a High Voltage Engineer, Project Delivery Manager and Senior Authorised Person. In 2013 he left SSE to pursue various roles as a contracts engineer working for UKPN and an ICP on large scale solar projects before co-founding Sinewave Energy Solutions in 2015.
Adams’s passion for engineering means he often spends his weekends manning Sinewave’s 24/7 Emergency Response Desk. Otherwise, his free time revolves around spending time with his friends and family, mountain biking and caving.
